This is the Day the Lord Has Made – A Morning Prayer

Morning Prayer of Gratitude and Guidance | Start Your Day with God’s Blessings

Dear Heavenly Father,
As the dawn breaks and a new day begins, I come before Your throne of grace with a humble heart. Thank You for the precious gift of life and the countless blessings You pour into my journey each day.

As I step into this day, I ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom. Lead me through every moment and decision. Open my eyes to see the opportunities You place before me—opportunities to serve, love, and bless others. Help me to be a light in a world that often feels darkened by fear and uncertainty.

In the quiet stillness of this morning, I lift my voice in gratitude and praise. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness that never fails and for Your mercies that are new every morning. Even in my weaknesses and shortcomings, You continue to cover me with unconditional love and grace.

Father, today I surrender my plans and desires to Your perfect will. I trust that Your plans for me are good and full of hope. Help me align my heart with Your purpose and to seek first Your Kingdom and righteousness in everything I do.

Strengthen my faith, Lord, so that I may walk confidently in Your promises. Help me to trust in Your provision and follow Your leading with peace and assurance.

I also lift up my loved ones into Your loving care. Pour out Your blessings upon them. Surround them with Your divine protection, guide them on the path of righteousness, and fill their hearts with peace and joy.

Thank You, Father, for Your everlasting love that has no limits. I ask for Your continued presence to go before me today. Guide my steps, protect me from harm, and fill me with the peace that surpasses all understanding.
